BANDAR IS HONORARY MEMBER OF ZIONIST LOBBY

MER 3/2/97 - Saudi Ambassador Prince Bandar is probably the leading prevaricator and manipulator from the Middle East in Washington.

While Saudi Arabian officials profess one set of policies in public, more than any other Arab personality in Washington Bandar has substantially and repeatedly helped the Israeli/Jewish lobby to become practically all-powerful during his years in Washington. Behind the scenes Bandar has worked tireless to forge an ever- closer under-the-table alliance between Israel and Saudi Arabia -- an arrangement designed to keep the U.S. (and by extension Israel) dominant in the region in order to keep the al-Saud family in charge in the Arab Gulf, no matter what.

Bandar was also "the" key Arab personality back in 1990 urging the Americans to accept no compromise and to destroy Iraq. More than anyone else other than George Bush himself, it is Prince Bandar who manipulated events to bring about Iraq's destruction and to entrench American military forces into Saudi Arabia.

Bandar, the illegitimate son of Saudi Defense Minister Prince Sultan, may even have his eye on the Kingship itself once the current generation of al-Sauds is no more. Together with Foreign Minister Saud Faisal, Bandar and Sultan recently met with Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, after which Bandar was asked by reporters "to rate the encounter across gender lines".

Imagine, this coming from a representative of a country where women are shrouded behind full-length black veils, prohibited from practically all activities including driving, and clearly reduced to a second category of human existence.

As for father Sultan, here's what he had to say about his meeting with the new Secretary of State, who everyone in Washington knows heads up the most Zionist-infiltrated and Israeli-centered government in American history, a government that works tireless to promote Israeli interests over Arab interests throughout the Middle East:

"PRINCE SULTAN, REPLYING IN ARABIC, CONGRATULATED ALBRIGHT ON HER APPOINTMENT TO 'THIS GREAT RANK.' HE SAID THAT HER SELECTION AS SECRETARY OF STATE WAS 'AN EXTRAORDINARY CHOICE' AND THAT 'PRESIDENT CLINTON SEES IN YOU STRENGTH, RESOLVE AND WIT.'"

Modern-day Saudi Arabia, controlled by the al-Saud family and represented by Bandar in Washington for nearly two decades now, has all but turned its back on Arab interests and is quite literally working in tandem with both the Israeli/Jewish lobby and the Israeli-dominated American government in pursuit of its very narrow family interests, rather than its very broad national and Arab interests.

One must wonder what ibn Saud would think today of what he began just a few generations ago.
