[MER] is the first organization I have encountered which has the daring to describe the situation in the middle east with a tell it like it is attitude. I have the utmost respect for what you have accomplished so far, and would like to do what I can, a college student though I am. Sincerely, Dear MER, We in the International Movement for a Just World have been receiving your articles regularly. They are illuminating and provide the best analysis on the subjects which we reprint and publish in our commentary and articles. Thanks Abdul Basir - Executive Officer My name is Nazim Baksh. Carol Valentine; Virginia I read an article from a MER newsletter that had been posted at a newsgroup site. The article directed me to your website where I was able to learn more about MER and where I also read an article titled "Do Not Bomb Iraq." Thank you for writing such an impartial article that so well explains all sides and events leading up to the current situation in Iraq. I greatly wish more people were willing to view this situation differently from how the U.S. depicts it... Again, thanks for the article. Jamie Langston, Montana Let me first thank you again for the work that you are doing, which I assure you I admire and for which I am grateful... After learning of your newsletter...I have tried to do what I could to help dispel the prevalent illusions obtaining even among well educated and politically aware persons regarding what's going on in the Near and Middle East by forwarding messages to friends in both Europe and the United States, whom I felt would be able- with a little nudging! - to accept the fact that mainstream media accounts often have a most tenuous connexion to the facts in the matter... M. Henri Day - Norway Would appreciate receiving MER. Did u hear Clinton say in his Iraq speech: it cannot be that SC [Security Council] resolutions mean nothing. I had to throw up. S.V. Werwas Dear sirs., naief yehya Dear sir, Sincerely from , Hi all at MER, Majad Hussain Hello, I was and I am still fascinated by your positions, your analysis especially from the Jewish people who has the courage and the honesty to condemn US and Israeli policies and act to make everybody in depth informed about what is really happenning in these last decades in Middle East and what is necessary to implement for a peaceful middle east.
