The governmentUniversal Access Fee is $1.49, making the total monthly charge
$6.44. All charges fully itemized will be on your regular phone bill
that you currently receive each month. Long-Distance Interstate
calls to the US and Canada will be billed at .05 per minute for 60 days
from your first completed call, after which the rate will be the regular
superlow .07 per minute. Intrastate calls** are billed at .09 per
minute at all times. International calls will be billed at the superlow

The World Phone Plan is currently
only available to persons in the United States receiving a monthly phone
bill from their local phone company. Similar service for residents
of Canada is expected soon. Other countries may become available
in the future and will be so indicated here on this page at that time.
** Intrastate
calls (calling within a state rather than interstate) is not yet
available in the states of Alaska, California, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii,
Maine, N. Carolina, N. Dakota, S. Dakota or W. Virginia where any intrastate
calls you make will continue to be billed by your local phone companies
at the same rates you currently have with no changes. Interstate
and International calls can be placed from any state.
