The abuses by Yasser Arafat are legendary. In the 80s he provided millions of dollars to the Tawil family - he is now married to one of the Tawil daughter. A few days ago he "appointed" his brother to take over the Al-Makasid Hospital in Jerusalem -- a step being opposed by Dr. Haidar Abdel-Shafi (once head of the Palestinian negotiating team) and many of the doctors and administrators of the hospital who have struggled and suffered through such difficult times.

In an attempt to push forward the Arafat takeover another of Arafat's cronies who has benefited to the tune of millions of dollars thrown his way by Arafat, Nabeel Shaath is in charge of "negotating" the takeover with Abdel-Shafi.

ISRAELI MAP SHOWS REBUILT JEWISH TEMPLE! Last month Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu gave the Greek Orthodox Archbishop of Israel, Maximus Salum, a Christmas and New Year's present, a map of Jerusalem. The map shows a rebuiilt Jewish temple at Jerusalem's Temple Mount, site of Islam's Dome of the Rock and al-Aqsa mosques. A Likud supported Institute in the rebuilt Jewish quarter of Jerusalem has housed such a model of the rebuilt temple for many years. When the gift became public Netanyahu appolgized and said he was not aware what was on the map. If anyone believes that, then one believes in the tooth fairy.
